Strength

My training philosophy is based on over 25 years of personal experience in athletics, 17 years of practical experience as a certified trainer/coach and a continual desire to learn & improve based on the most recent research. My programming begins with a detailed movement assessment to identify your strengths, weaknesses and imbalances. Along with identifying your specific goals I will design a program that is personalized for you to see maximum results!

Speed

Athletes that I’ve worked with have improved their speed & agility through proven methods of unilateral training, running form analysis, core training & much more. When I work with an athlete the goal is to create proper & efficient movement patterns. Starting from the foot and on up - we will strengthen the chain of muscles necessary to make you a more explosive athlete. We will also maximize form & technique through repetition ultimately making you better in every/any way possible.

Mobility

Looking for the missing link in your training? Mobility is the key to being faster, getting stronger & preventing injury. Your bodies ability to move in full ranges of motion will not only improve your quality & efficiency but it will also help keep you playing (and not on the sideline). Each athlete I work with is assessed as to the most important areas of mobility that we will work on. Many of my athletes also do extensive mobility training in-season to keep their bodies in top shape.
