To begin your customized training program we will first take beginning measurements and identify your goals to create accountability. Next, in this initial meeting we will find your strengths & weaknesses in order to identify important areas for improvement. Testing will include various physical screening movements to address mobility, stability & strength. This important session will give me the information necessary to design the best program for you going forward.
Personal Training packages
Once your customized program is designed, I will help you implement and modify your routine with consistent weekly sessions (1-3 times per week). Coaching includes program design for both in person appointments and on your own workouts.
